Exchanges & Returns

We appreciate your business and hope you enjoy working with our yarns as much as we do! If there is a problem regarding your order or you are unsatisfied in any way, please reach out with an email. 

Exchanges and returns may be made up to 14 days after your order has been delivered. In order to be eligible for return or exchange the item must be returned in the original condition in which you received it. Return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Before returning your item please send an email for further instruction, be sure to include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.

Returns are eligible for store credit only, minus the shipping cost of the original order.
