Location & Fullfilment

All packages ship from our studio in Langley, British Columbia, Canada. Orders are processed, packaged and shipped within three business days. Unfortunately local pick up is not available at this time.

 

Payment & Currency

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal. You do not need a Paypal account to check out with Paypal. You can select your currency from the drop down menu found at the top right of the page and bottom left footer. If your country and currency are unavailable to select prices will default to CAD.

Canada - $15 CAD flat rate / free shipping on orders $200+ CAD

United States - $18 USD flat rate / free shipping on orders $200+ USD

United Kingdom - £18 flat rate / free shipping on orders £160+

European Union - €20 flat rate / free shipping on orders €180+

Japan - ¥3,300 JPY flat rate / free shipping on orders ¥32,000+ JPY

Australia - $40 AUD flat rate / free shipping on orders $350+ AUD 

New Zealand - $45 NZD flat rate / free shipping on orders $400+ NZD

Other International - $30 CAD flat rate / free shipping on orders $300+CAD

Please note we do not ship to all international locations, if shipping is unavailable to your country and you would like to place an order please email us to confirm if we can ship to you.

Canada Post Strikes

In the event of a Canada Post strike your order will be sent via UPS or FedEx. During a strike we are unable to ship to PO Boxes and some rural addresses and will hold your order until the strike ends. Due to high international shipping costs, some international orders may be held until Canada Post resumes shipping. Shipping Within Canada

All packages within Canada are sent via Canada Post Expedited Parcel with tracking and up to $100 insurance. The approximate wait times are listed below.

Local: 1-2 days   Regional: 1-3 days   National: 2-7 days

 

Shipping Outside Of Canada

Duties, Taxes & Refused Packages

International orders may incur duties, taxes and fees upon arrival and the recipient will be required to pay them directly upon delivery. If the recipient refuses payment and the order is returned to us we will offer to reship the order for an additional shipping payment. If you would like to cancel your order a store credit will be issued minus the initial shipping payment as well as the return shipping payment we must make to receive the return.

USA

All of our yarns are USMCA/CUMSA compliant (milled and hand dyed in Canada) and are eligible for free trade (no tariffs) under the current agreement. Canada Post is unable to process tariff exemptions at this time, as a result we will be shipping with UPS/FedEx until further notice. If you have any questions or have shipping preferences please send me a message.

United Kingdom

A minimum purchase amount of £135 has been set in order to comply with the UK VAT rules. Orders below this threshold require us to be registered to collect VAT at check out, which we are not at this time. For orders above £135 UK customs will charge and collect the applicable sales tax and customs fees directly from the recipient upon arrival. The recipient is required to pay these taxes and fees.
