Sweet Merino Lite // New In The Shop & A Few Changes With Shop Updates
I am happy to share that I have restocked the shop with a selection of Sweet Merino Lite colourways. Last week Helen Stewart released her third shawl of The Shawl Society 6, choosing the very loved Rose Gold colourway for her design. The Mithraeum shawl takes its name from a Roman temple that has been sitting beneath the streets of the City of London for two thousand years. You can learn more about this fascinating story and the inspiration behind the shawl here on Ravelry. The shawl is currently only available as a bundle for The Shawl Society 6, but will be released as a single pattern at a later date. I have also added a few colourways of Super Sweet Sock to the shop, with more to follow in July.
It has been a little bit since my last shop news update. Unfortunately I have been working through some neck and back problems which has limited my ability to work these last few months. Throughout this I have been able to maintain a quick shipping turn around for orders. Dyeing on the other hand has been a slower process. The pace I am working at makes it challenging to have large shop updates. Instead I have been adding new stock to the shop as it is ready. This method is working well for me at the moment and I plan to continue doing so as I improve. Hopefully I will be able to work myself back up to large shop updates in the near future.
I won’t be making a post or sending out a newsletter every time I add new things to the shop, so it is always a good idea to check back once in a while if you are waiting for something special.
COMING UP NEXT
My plans for July include dyeing a large range of Super Sweet Sock colourways. I will also be working to restock some of the popular yarns and colourways used in pattern designs, such as Merino Lace in Vintage Lace and Cashmerino 20 in Charcoal.
Thank you for following along and for your continued support of my small business. I look forward to sharing more yarn with you soon. Until next time!
